What happens to our website if a bill is paid late?
It stays online. Your customers keep seeing your website exactly as it is, the whole time. What pauses, from the day after the due date, is editing and publishing in Nexus, until the bill is paid. You are reminded before the due date and on the day, and nothing you have made is deleted.
Is building the website included?
No. Site Care and Site Care Plus look after a website that exists: your team edits it, and we keep Nexus running. Designing and building a website is a separate job, priced after a short call about what it needs.
Who counts as someone who can edit?
Anyone at your business with their own login to change the website, owners included. Each plan says how many logins it has room for. Nobody shares a password.
What are the design changes in Site Care Plus?
Up to an hour a month of our time on the look of your website: a new section, a changed layout, a page designed from scratch in pieces. Words, prices and photos your team changes itself on any plan, as often as it likes.
Can we pay for a year at once?
Yes. A year costs ten months, so two months are free. It is billed once, in advance.
Are prices with or without GST?
No GST is added to them. Shankh Labs is not registered for GST today, so the price here is the price on your bill. If that changes, we will tell you first.
How do we pay, and can we stop?
You get a bill each month or year with a link to pay by UPI, card or net banking, or you can pay by bank transfer. Stop whenever you like: the plan runs to the end of the time you have paid for, then ends. If a plan's price ever changes, you hear about it 30 days before it applies to you.
